Gety Debug File Paths

If you run into any issues, these are the paths where you can find Gety’s data and log files.

Windows

• Data directory
  C:\Users\{your_username}\AppData\Roaming\ai.gety

• Log directory
  C:\Users\{your_username}\AppData\Local\ai.gety\logs

macOS

• Data directory
  ~/Library/Application Support/ai.gety

• Log directory
  ~/Library/Logs/ai.gety

Submission

To report an issue, please compress (ZIP) the log folder and send it to: hi@gety.ai.
